'Emerging Art, Emerging Place' is a FREE artist talk / network, taking place at 2-4pm on 27th January 2018 in the CET building, Coventry.
The event includes speakers Ryan Hughes, Nilupa Yasmin and Jonny Bark, but also features a host of arts organisations such as Photo Archive Miners, CLASS ROOM, Positive Youth Foundation and Curating Coventry to network with and help facilitate emerging Midlands creatives to realise Coventry's new found platform as City of Culture 2021.
The talk and network is designed to inspire, give confidence and introduce you to a range of different organisations working with art across the city. Hopefully, these conversations will help provide or realise chances to embrace Coventry's platform as city of culture 2021. Join Curating Coventry, Photo Archive Miners, CET Pop Up, Positive Youth Foundation, Native, Coventry 2021, Class Room, Artspace and Coventry Biennial of Contemporary Art to share the energy of a creative city of the rise.
